The Interior+ Project aims to develop and implement a platform for the promotion and interaction of territorial agri-food innovation, the promotion of gastronomic tourism and business attractiveness, to be developed on the basis of R&DT (monitoring, production and management technologies), to be tested for a model territory, developed within the framework of the Rural Mountain Areas project.
Innovation in this sector will enable territorial enhancement with a positive impact on the development of agriculture, tourism and society. The integration of technology into agricultural practice, favoring free and real-time access, will promote agriculture in the regions and contribute to more sustainable and resilient agricultural production.
