Promotion and appreciation of mountain olive oils

Develop a set of actions aimed at capitalizing on the knowledge produced by the IPCB and IPG around the economic valuation of the “Mountain Olive Trees”, in order to reinforce the positioning of the companies of the row by adopting the best practices and innovative processes that compete for the production of olive oils that are differentiated by their quality and which enhance distinct organoleptic characteristics, contributing to the introduction of new methods and techniques that will enhance the competitiveness, visibility and recognition of “Mountain Olive”. The main activities to be carried out will be the various technical sessions (in olive groves, in the wine press and in the living room), the studies of oils with fast methods and sensorial characterization, the production of vegetation index cards, the marketing demonstration strategy and unit, which will culminate in the website, in the production of videos, manuals of good practices and in the book of presentation of results.
