Brand Analysis: Portuguese brands of food products for export

During a Brand Visual Identity Design Project, it is common to make a collection of the competitive Brands that exist in a given market.

The grouping of the Brands into grids or visual analysis panels is called as a competitor map. However, these maps of existing competitors do not go beyond quantifying the existing graphic components or other quantitative data. On the other hand, looking at the context of the research problem, in the Portuguese business reality, the agro-food sector is composed of a majority of SMEs (small and medium enterprises), most of which do not invest in communication and advertising.

Possible but Improbable Spaces: Creating a Jewelry Collection

In Interior Design and Architecture, we respond to the needs and aspirations of society, and the audience can be anonymous or not. We can develop a narrative, communicate a specific message, explore a scenic sense that brings us closer to creative areas such as fine arts, set design and jewelry itself. These are areas responsible for producing environments, spaces or objects that make us dream not only of being “functional”. Jewelry can function as a symbol of social status or a connection with nature itself. The present jewelry project is being developed within CIAUD and aims to deepen that same connection, exploring the link between jewelry and home, an intimate space that reflects your own individuality, not limiting you to a single organization every day, giving you freedom to manipulate it.
