REINOVA.EU

REiNOVA is a transnational cooperation project between Portugal and Spain that aims to promote innovation in micro-enterprises in the agri-food sector in foreign markets.

It has as objectives the adaptation of Products to Innovate in Foreign Markets through:

  • Creating and testing a new international methodology for accelerating ideas, adapted to micro-enterprises in the agro-food sector, through a process of open innovation, where entrepreneurial attitude, creativity and innovation will be stimulated in the various stages of the value chain from idea to market entry;

  • To increase technological and knowledge intensity with a view to formulating products of excellence (totally new or adapting existing ones), adjusted to external market niches

  • Facilitating the entry of micro-companies into foreign markets;

  • To increase cooperation between Portugal and Spain in order to boost disruptive innovation, optimise processes, share knowledge and markets, reach critical size and minimise cultural barriers.

The manual resulting from this project aims to enable the replication of the model as a support tool for collective, sectoral or territorial strategies to innovate the agri-food sector.
