Communication Designer and Principal Lecturer at the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco, Portugal, working mainly topics on Brand Visual Identity Design. Holds a PhD in Design (Faculty of Architecture, University of Lisbon) and a Post-Doctorate in Design at the same university; MPhil in Design, Materials and Product Management (University of Aveiro); and Graduation in Communication Design, specialization in Graphic Design and Advertising (Polytechnic of Portalegre); and a Technical Course in Design level III (Escola Secundária Nuno Álvares). Design Researcher at CIAUD – Architecture, Urbanism and Design Research Centre, and at Rethink – Design for the Territory Research Group. Editor-in-Chief of Convergences – Journal of Research and Arts Educations and Associate Editor of InfoDesign – Brazilian Journal of Information Design and, co-chief editor of Design Behaviors Journal (South Korea).
